Video project Franta, a group exhibition videoart, residential stay

Three quarters of the group have their roots in the Sculpture studio of Kurt Gebauer at UMPRUM. The result of this relation was an invitation to a short residential stay into Krems in Austria. The works of art that we created there were exhibited at a group exhibition with Kurt Gebauer and other graduates from the Studio. We were not able to go there all together, there was always someone who could not go, somebody was working, somebody was to be at home in the time of Advent. In the end there were three of us, together with a three-years old František. The situation brought out the topic of staying in the city with a child, and questions of when to respect him and accommodate the space to its needs and when to limit it harshly.
